In July 2024, Camposaz returned to Sagron Mis (TN) for the third edition of Lapisfestival, where art, culture, and participatory design contribute to regenerating local development. The village’s walls tell stories thanks to artists, muralists, and the circoloprolocosagronmis, which enriches the village’s streets every year with graphics and mural paintings created by selected artists. This year’s workshop saw Camposaz co-create a modular stage for cultural events, local festivities, and other activities. Together with the participants—young students, graphic artists, and carpenters—and the organizers, the conceptual foundation of the installation was defined: triangular and trapezoidal modular platforms that can be arranged in various ways to create either a linear or centripetal stage, depending on the event’s needs. Situated in a valley rich in local culture and history, the installation gained an additional layer of meaning. Inspired by the folklore of the area, certain characters were abstracted and integrated into the design of some modules. This addition made the intervention not only multifunctional but also deeply connected to the place and its identity.
