42:42 Il Carro d’oro

The Carro D’Oro (the Golden Chariot) comes from the collaboration between Camposaz and Frantoio Montecchia, with the aim of creating a meeting place that was in close contact with the large olive grove of the Teramo hills. The structure was built anchored directly to an iron trailer attached to the tractor, so that it could be easily moved up in the hills and positioned, when necessary, in strategic points of the field. Internally it’s divided into two areas: a more public one, with large openings facing outwards, served by essential furnishings designed to store useful material for the activities organised in the space around the cart; and a more intimate and private one, with openings facing the treetops, where you can relax in the shade of the slatted roof or sleep at night looking at the stars. The structure was designed to optimise all the available space, from the large storage for tables and benches under the star room, to the removable shelves to be hooked on the perimeter of the cart to extend the support surface. The name of the work partly recalls the name of the nearby town but mostly is inspired by the main protagonist of the Frantoio, the golden olive oil.
